Utz Baldwin

Utz started in the electronic systems business in 1983 in Hollywood California where he designed, sold and installed movie-screening rooms for film executives and movie stars. Prior to founding A/Dd/a Inc. in 1990, Utz gained experience with Miller and Kriesel Sound Corporation (quality loudspeakers) as well as GNP Corp / California Institute of Technology a manufacturer of switching hubs.

Kevin Kahler

An honors graduate of the University of Houston, Kevin handles all project management including system design, development and cost analysis. With the company since 1996, he has been involved with all aspects of the business including system design and high-end installation on several advanced projects.

Chad Modad

Chad is a graduate of Rice University with a Computer Science degree. He has 10 years experience in software development and systems integration. Prior to joining A/Dd/a Inc., Mr. Modad worked for Compaq Computer Corporation as a BIOS author for enterprise servers and for Enron Broadband Services as a system and software engineer for video streaming technologies. Chad oversees all technology and software development at A/Dd/a Inc.

Joseph Estrada

Since 1976, Joseph Estrada has been involved in several areas of the high-end consumer electronics industry. He brings 15 years of experience in retail sales and sales management of high-end systems. In addition to his commercial and retail background, he brings 10 years of experience in the computer maintenance industry as a senior engineer working directly with information systems directors

Glen Burchers

After graduating from Texas A&M University with an Electrical Engineering degree, Mr. Burchers spent 18 years in the semiconductor industry focusing on high-end microprocessors working for companies such as Advanced Micro Devices, Cyrix and National Semiconductor. A veteran of three successful startup companies, Mr. Burchers now devotes his time to expanding the product offerings and business base for A/Dd/a Inc.
